Everything You Need to Know to Go From Clueless to Budget Master

Budgeting is the Key to Success

Budgeting is clutch when it comes to taking control of your finances and it is a great place to start, but there is only so much I can do to keep you motivated. At the end of the day you have to make your reasons for budgeting personal.

I first tried to start budgeting after I got my first full-time job since I was making more money I wanted to start managing it better. It didn’t work, it wasn’t until a year later after realizing I still had several thousand dollars of credit card debt that I finally figured out how to budget successfully.

I’ll be honest my first attempt at a budget wasn’t pretty. It was on a yellow legal pad, and was the most useless and confusing thing, I look at it now and wonder what was I thinking. Through a lot of trial and error, research, and use of different tools, I finally figured out the keys to successful budgeting.

It took months to figure out my budget and how to utilize it effectively, but less than a year later I kissed $7k of credit card debt goodbye. I still have a ways to go with other debt (hooray for student loans) but building my budget was the first step to taking control of my finances and it has been what’s kept me on track as I continue to make progress on my debt.

I don’t want you to have to waste months trying to figure out how to budget via trial and error like I did, this course will show you how you can build a successful budget that will work right off the bat. I’ll be covering:
